- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your ferret.
- Condition: The ferret must be in the same condition as when it was received, with no signs of neglect or harm.
- Documentation: You must provide proof of purchase and any relevant medical records.

Refund Policy
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. The following conditions apply:

Non-Refundable Fees
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, deposits made to reserve a ferret are also non-refundable, as these funds are used to cover care and preparation costs.
